Was able to go to morning service, and found the words of a hymn were so appropriate to my needs....
"I heard the voice of Jesus say,
come unto me and rest;
lay down thy weary one lay down
thy head upon my breast.
I came to Jesus as I was
weary and worn and sad
and found in him a resting place."
